The Storybreath School Subscription-Based Writing Coaching Terms

1. Subscription Model: The writing coaching services offered by The Storybreath School operate on a subscription-based model with no minimum commitment. Clients can cancel their subscription at any time.

2. Session Change Requirement: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to change a coaching session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being forfeited.

3. Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of the first coaching session.

  • If a client cancels their subscription, they have 30 days to use any unused coaching sessions in their account.

  • Partial refunds will not be offered for unused sessions.

4. Payment:

  • Payment for the subscription is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • Payments are processed securely through our online payment system.

5. Session Scheduling:

  • Coaching sessions can be scheduled through our online booking system.

  • Sessions are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

6. Confidentiality:

  • All coaching sessions are confidential, and information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent.

7. Code of Conduct:

  • Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during coaching sessions.

  • The Storybreath School reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if a client's behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, or if the client and coach are no longer a good fit.

8. Communication:

  • Communication between clients and coaches outside of scheduled sessions should be limited to matters related to coaching sessions.

  • Coaches will respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, typically within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

9. Liability:

  • The Storybreath School and its coaches are not liable for any outcomes or consequences resulting from the coaching sessions.

  • Clients are responsible for their own actions and decisions.

10. Changes to Terms:

  • The Storybreath School reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
